We do not have minibar in the Ocean view rooms. Close by you are going to find few hotels, restaurants only at the downtown in playa del Carmen

What would you highlight about Le Reve Beachfront Hotel
Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. But need to get a car and enjoy your day somewhere else.
Sea view from room. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was good but limited options. You have to pay extra if you want something more. A LOT of seaweed in hotel beach. Impossible to stay and relax - smells really bad. Swimming pool is outdated.

It was beautiful energy the view the comfort the staff... One person in particular Mr Alvaro front desk was outstanding and the gold star of the stay he was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything and he pointed us always in the right direction...
The main gripe with the stay was we finally decided to have breakfast the last day at the resort and the breakfast was not what we thought it would be and kinda dropped our rating of this nice place to stay...there wasn't any buffet...they charged for a breakfast after saying it was included and they only had coffee no other type of refreshment no fruit... usually the breakfast is the main start of your day luckily we left early the days of our trip and had breakfast elsewhere...if they could just fix that one problem this place would be a definite gem
